Beside filmmaking, Luke continues to practice software development. Skills he learned during his Bachelors in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Malta. Over the years Luke has developed a number of mobile apps and software. Originally developing on the Android operating system Luke has now diversified by working in Swift in Apple’s iOS.

On Android Luke has developed an app for Kavallieri Handball Club showing club fixtures, results, standings, player stats and more. Luke was also commissioned to develop the app ‘SelFeed’, a young enterprise app which went on to win the Young Enterprise Award in Malta and also the ICT award worldwide.

Luke developed an app which allows for realtime editing of sports games. His first commercially available app on the App Store ‘My Spending’ is a personal expenses and income tracking application. The app facilitates personal money management taking the tedious task of organizing personal financing and reducing it down to a few taps.

The app is available for download for free from the App Store. Certain features and the removal of ads is possible by upgrading to the premium version of the app using the in-app purchasing features. https://goo.gl/nqYddU
